World Etude (Furigana lyrics)

I made this to help myself learn Japanese by singing, however; I really found this episode to be very interesting so I decided to share this here on my blog. At the bottom are the meanings for certain words/phrases that I was able to translate through a dictionary.

Meanings

月(つき)明(あ)かり – Moonlight

照(て)らして- To shine on

耳(みみ)鳴(な)り – Buzzing in the ears

鳴(な)り – Ringing Sound

止(や)まない – To not stop; Always

生(う)ま(ま)れ(れ)落(お)ちた – To be born (past-tense)

言(こと)葉(ば) - Words

知(し)らず – To not be affected

溢(あふ)れ(れ)出(だ)した – To start overflowing

音(おと)を奏(かな)でる– To start playing a sound

いっそ – All the more

消(け)して – To erase

エデン – Eden （理(り)想(そう)郷(きょう)- Utopia is used in the ED’s written lyrics but not sang）

夢(ゆめ)見(み) - Having a dream (夢見た – to dream 「past tense」the た is used in ED’s written lyrics but not sang)

空(くう)想(そう) - Fantasy

紡(つむ)いだ – To spin (a thread) (past tense)

音も脆(もろ)く崩(くず)れ去(さ)った – Sounds are brittle and have crumbled away

枯(か)れた声(こえ)で叫(さけ)んで – To cry with a withered voice

応(こた)えない – To not respond

暮(く)れる世界 – Ending World

誰(だれ)かの面(おも)影(かげ)を探しているの – Looking for someone’s face
